"Battlestar Galactica" Writes Fight With Studio Over Webisode Rights

NBC Universal has refused to pay for or credit the writers for the BSG webisodes, claiming they are promotional material. So the BSG Executive Producer decided to stop making them. It still amazes me that big studios are able to get away with this... it reminds me of the client who doesn't understand that a big part of their logo design is research time and thinks they should only pay for the amount of time you spend on the computer.
