Sony says God of War is Grrreat!

God of War has been added to the Playstation 2 Greatest Hits Collection, which means it can now be had for a mere $19.99. So all of you thrifty gamers can rejoice head out to your favorite video game retailer and finally find out what all the fuss has been about. for more info on God of War check out my review.

I've been wanting to try this game for a long time, but have been held back because of its price. I pretty much don't have a problem buying games from second-hand stores. It's the same experiece at a lesser cost.

The great thing about game consoles reaching their end life-cycle is that *THIS* is the time when such systems are at their prime, and when games shine the brightest. Developers are fully acquainted with the capabilities of the game systems and as such, now's the time when you see the real Gems, such as God of War come out -- I can't believe how quickly it moved onto the "Greatest Hits" category, lol -- it's hard to believe that much time has passed.

I guess there are no excuses (at least for me) to shell out $19.99 and get myself a copy. :)

One other such 'Gem' that quickly comes to mind, however, is 'Shadow of the Colossuss.' Games like that only come once in a game-system lifetime!

So, I'll be looking forward to your 'upcoming' review! ;)
